We used injection mortar HIT-RE 500 V4 for fixing threaded rods dia 32 mm, 300 mm long as anchores in concrete foundation block. These anchores fixing two supporting framesof incinerator rotary kiln which will run 24 hour per day in uninterrupted mode and temperature of thread rods we expectin the range of 60 – 80 centigrades. Also itis known that the supporting frames or anchors will even be exposed to lateral strenghts due to rotary kiln dynamic forces. Our question is whether Hilti mortar will not lose its bond strenght in these conditions.

Thank you for your inquiry. The situation you described falls outside the standard cases covered by ETA certificates. It can be assessed on an individual basis, but we require the complete specification, including the concrete class and the loads on the anchors.
